All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, and expiry dates.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all bda999 promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.
• Maximum bonus bet: While bonus funds remain active in your wallet, the maximum bet per spin or per betting selection is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided.

All bets and wagers placed on the bda999 platform are subject to acceptance by bda999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. bda999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including where the bet is placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting event, bda999 will apply its standard resolution procedures. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the unsettled bet stake will typically be returned to the player's account. bda999's decision on such matters is final.

Sports betting markets on bda999, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the individual market rules published for each event type. General rules applicable to all sports betting markets include:

• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. bda999 may suspend live markets at any time. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome is determined will be voided.
• Void bets: Bets voided for any reason will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. No interest or compensation is paid on voided bets.

bda999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against bda999 through a payment provider.
• Detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of prohibited software.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with bda999's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, bda999 may forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and associated winnings. Where closure occurs for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-requested closure), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification checks.

The bda999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. bda999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bda999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to gaming services. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted, bda999's total liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, transaction, or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact bda999 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bda999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bda999 is registered and operates. All disputes that cannot be resolved through bda999's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of final dispute resolution. Each party shall bear its own costs in any arbitration proceeding.

bda999's decision on all gaming and betting outcomes is final and binding. No legal action shall be taken by a player in respect of a gaming outcome without first exhausting bda999's internal complaints and arbitration process in full.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms accepted by the player, constitutes the entire agreement between the player and bda999 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. A waiver by bda999 of any breach of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
